This includes integration with the major internet IM providers Yahoo, MSN, AOL , and also integration with the in-house phone system to provide features like Remote Call Coltrol, conference bridging, simultaneous ring, or even just a standard IP softphone. First of all, MOC has built in voice, video, and telephony components, meaning you can use MOC to participate in an IM, a phone call, a group discussion, etc. Also, each session can be "escalated".
